IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Abstract submissions are peer‑reviewed by conference leadership and industry experts (Reviewers), and acceptance is based on the quality of the scientific content. Poster space may be limited, so early submission is encouraged.
1. Technical Requirements
Word Limit: Minimum 300 words to maximum 450 words (excluding figures and references).
Font: Times New Roman.
Size: 10, 11, or 12 pt.
Spacing: Single-line spacing.
Alignment: Left-aligned.
File Type: High-resolution PDF (preferred) or Word Document.
2. Structure & Content
Title: Use Title Case (e.g., The Role of AI in Aero Propeller Speed Calculation). Do not use ALL CAPS.
Authors: List all authors with their respective affiliations. Underline the submitting author.
Body: Abstracts must clearly and concisely state the Problem, Methodology, and Central Conclusions.
Figures/Graphs: You may include one figure or graph. It must be clear for black-and-white printing, though color is permitted for the digital version. Every illustration must be captioned and numbered.
3. Evaluation Criteria
Our reviewers will grade your submission based on:
Topic Relevance: Alignment with conference themes.
Originality: Novelty of the research or content.
Methodology: Strength of the research design.
Evaluation: Clarity of results and derived conclusions.
References: Proper citation of previous work.
Language: Correct English usage and academic tone.
POSTER DISPLAY GUIDELINES
- Display: Posters will be displayed on 55″ LED screens. No physical boards or push pins are required.
- Hardware Requirement: Students must bring their own laptop with an HDMI port (or a reliable HDMI adapter/dongle).
Format: Landscape Orientation (Horizontal) is mandatory.
Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (Standard Widescreen).
Dimensions: Minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD); 3840 x 2160 (4K) is preferred.
File Type: High-resolution PDF or PNG only.
